FMS Interior worked alongside design consultancy Studio KHid to develop the furniture package to align with their aspirations of the project and their available budget.

The selection used with WELL standard as a guide, with the space planning allowing staff to use a variety of working solutions.
A flexible design that could support the expansion of their team over the next 24 months.

A mix of furniture settings that responds to the shift of working patterns towards hybrid working practices.

Products that had a high rating for sustainability, whilst being within the client’s target budget.

INTERIOR DESIGN AND FURNITURE SUPPLY FOR ENTREPRENEUR HUB

FMS Interiors was commissioned to develop the design for a new hub to foster and enable entrepreneurial activity for the local business community

KEY FEATURES

Zones are marked out by different floor finishes and ‘quiet’ areas separated from the communal kitchen and breakout space to enable concentration. A central open-plan space provides flexibility for events, workshops, and presentations.

We utilised different textures and colours to create interest and highlight demarcation areas, with cool tones of turquoise and greens complemented by planting.
